During Pattern 1, ensure the following conditions are true:

Coolant temperature is 14-95°F (- 10-35°C) when engine is started.
Tank fuel temperature sensor is more than 32°F (0°C) when engine is started.
Engine is operated at idle speed until coolant temperature is 158°F (70°C).
