Door Switch Check

- CHECK FRONT DOOR SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL
With CONSULT-III
Check front door switches ("DOOR SW-DR" and "DOOR SW-AS") in "DATA MONITOR" mode with CONSULT-III.

Check voltage between BCM connector and ground.

OK or NG
OK: Front door switch is OK.
NG: GO TO 2.
- CHECK DOOR SWITCH CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect front door switch LH or RH and BCM.
- Check continuity between front door switch LH or RH and BCM.TERMINAL CONTINUITY REFERENCE CHART

OK or NG
OK: GO TO 3.
NG: Repair or replace harness.
- CHECK DOOR SWITCH
Check continuity between each front door switch terminal 1 and body ground part of front door switch.

OK or NG
OK: Further inspection is necessary. Refer to SYMPTOM CHART (WITHOUT REAR POWER VENT WINDOWS) .
NG: Replace malfunctioning front door switch.
