Test Conditions

No codes or problems in TPS, VSS or throttle switch circuits.
Vehicle speed is zero.
Throttle switch closed.
Battery voltage greater than or equal to 11.0 volts.
RPM is more than 152 RPM greater than desired RPM.
Engine has been running more than 7 seconds.
Engine not receiving power steering load.
ECM is not commanding an anticipated idle speed.
