Test Conditions

ISC throttle switch closed. RPM less than or equal to 700. TPS less than or equal to 18 degrees.
ISC throttle switch open. RPM less than or equal to 1800. TPS is greater than or equal to 13 degrees. Transmission not in Park or Neutral.
