ECM Output Parameters:

E000 CYCLE NONE will display and will not show HI or LO. This is normal resting code where no outputs will be cycled.
E001 TCC SOL display will be LO when TCC solenoid is ON (energized).
E004 EGR solenoid (EGR SOL #1) display will be LO when #1 EGR solenoid is ON (energized).
E005 EGR solenoid (EGR SOL #2) display will be LO when #2 EGR solenoid is ON (energized).
E006 EGR solenoid (EGR SOL #3) display will be LO WHEN #3 EGR solenoid is ON (energized).
E007 Canister purge solenoid (CAN PURG) display will be LO when solenoid is ON (energized).
E008 A/C RELAY display will be LO when A/C Clutch RELAY is ON (energized).
E009 No. 1 coolant fan relay (FAN REL 1) display is LO when coolant fan is ON (energized).
E010 No. 2 coolant fan relay (FAN REL 2) display is LO when coolant fan is ON (energized).
E011 IAC MOTOR output display will cycle LO (IAC extending) to HI (IAC retracting). DO NOT activate this output if IAC has been removed from throttle body.
