ECM Override Parameters:
- ES00 The NONE display will not show any value in display area on ECCP or CRT Monitor, as no overrides are active at this point. This is normal resting code where no overrides will be controlled. This code can be used to stop override control without having to go back to system selections.
- ES01 TCC solenoid (TCC SOL) display will show commanded state of TCC solenoid ("00" not engaged, "99" - engaged). Pressing WARM button will engage TCC and pressing COOL button will disengage TCC. Vehicle must be in 3rd or 4th gear for override to operate.
- ES02 EGR solenoid No. 1 (EGR SOL 1) can be turned OFF (00) by pressing COOL button or turned ON (99) by pressing WARM button.
- ES03 EGR solenoid No. 2 (EGR SOL 2) can be turned OFF (00) by pressing COOL button or turned ON (99) by pressing WARM button.
- ES04 EGR solenoid No. 3 (EGR SOL 3) can be turned OFF (00) by pressing COOL button or turned ON (99) by pressing WARM button.
- ES05 Canister purge solenoid (CAN PURG) can be turned OFF (00) by pressing COOL button or turned ON (99) by pressing WARM button.
- ES06 A/C RELAY can be turned OFF (00) by pressing COOL button or turned ON (99) by pressing WARM button.
- ES07 Cooling fan relay No. 1 (FAN REL 1) can be turned OFF (00) by pressing COOL button or turned ON (99) by pressing WARM button.
- ES08 Cooling fan relay No. 2 (FAN REL 2) can be turned OFF (00) by pressing COOL button or turned ON (99) by pressing WARM button.
- ES09 IAC MOTOR display will show position IAC motor is being commanded to in percentage of travel. Vehicle must be in Park or Neutral. COOL button will retract motor (increasing RPM) and WARM button will extend motor (decreasing RPM).
- ES10 Injector control override (INJECTOR) will work only when vehicle is in Park or Neutral. When entering override, display will show "0", all injectors will be working normally. WARM button will increment display by 1, up to 6 (or to 8, for V8 engine), and then return to "0". Display number indicates cylinder injector number that is being held off. Injector will continue to be held off until COOL button is used to turn injector back on. COOL button is used to toggle ON and OFF.
