Keyless Entry Receiver/Transmitter Will Not Program

Attempt to program system using a known-good transmitter. Retest system. If system operates correctly, replace transmitter. If system does not operate correctly, check Black/White and Black wires for an open circuit. If wires are okay, replace keyless entry module.
