All Keyless Entry Functions Are Inoperable

  1. Disconnect remote control door lock receiver Black 16-pin connector. See Figure . Connect test light between ground and remote control door lock receiver connector terminal "P" (Orange wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 3).
  2. Connect test light between remote control door lock receiver connector terminals "N" (Black wire) and "P" (Orange wire). If test light illuminates, go to step 4). If test light does not illuminate, go to step 5).
  3. Using test light connected to ground, backprobe LH I/P wiring harness junction block connector C3 terminal A11. If test light illuminates, go to step 6). If test light does not illuminate, go to step 7).
  4. Replace remote control door lock receiver. Verify system operation.
  5. Repair open circuit in Black wire between remote control door lock receiver and ground.
  6. Repair open in Orange wire between LH I/P wiring harness junction block and remote control door lock receiver. Verify system operation.
  7. Replace LH I/P wiring harness junction block. Verify system operation.
