Control Assembly: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the instrument panel accessory trim plate.
2. Remove the bolts from the heater A/C control.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the heater A/C control.
4. Remove the heater A/C control from the instrument panel.

Installation Procedure

1. Connect the electrical connectors to the heater A/C control.
2. Install the heater A/C control to the instrument panel.
3. Install the bolts to the heater A/C control.

Tighten
Tighten the heater A/C control bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb. ft.).

4. Install the instrument panel accessory trim plate.
