Door Key Switch

Range: ACTIVE/INACTIVE
The door key switch is part of the driver door lock cylinder. The door key switch is an input to the BCM to turn OFF the content theft system. The function of the input is necessary when the correct key fob is not available. The BCM uses the input in order to determine the status of the door key switch.

ACTIVE displays when you turn the door key switch by using the door key.

INACTIVE displays when you do not turn the door key switch by using the door key.
