Control Assembly Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel accessory trim plate.
2. Remove the screws retaining the HVAC control assembly.
3. Pull the HVAC control assembly straight out from the instrument panel.




4. Disconnect the electrical and vacuum connectors
5. Remove the HVAC control assembly

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical and vacuum connectors to the HVAC control assembly.




2. Push the HVAC control assembly into dash opening.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the HVAC control assembly retaining screws.

Tighten
Tighten screw to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

4. Install the instrument panel accessory trim plate.
