Test Procedure

Separate computer terminal connector and identify pin terminal numeration. See Fig 1 through Fig 3 . Use a voltmeter to measure voltage at connector terminal as outlined in the OUTPUT SIGNAL CHARTS. Be sure to verify that the vehicle conditions called for in the charts are observed. Use the charts to interpret the voltage signals to isolate malfunctioning components. Note and record the results.
