Emergency Jacking

Scissors jack receptacles are located at body sills. DO NOT use floor jack at scissors jack locations. Ensure scissors jack flange is in contact with body sills and jack is engaged in body sill receptacle (except Aries, Caravelle, LeBaron, Reliant, 600 and New Yorker. Make sure scissor jack engages with locator pin on body sills on Aries, Caravelle, LeBaron, Reliant, New Yorker and 600. Always block opposite wheels and jack on level surface.
