Mirror Switch Test

  1. Remove the power mirror switch from its mounting position. Disconnect the switch from the wiring harness. Move mirror adjuster switch to either left or right position as indicated in the appropriate MIRROR SWITCH CONTINUITY CHARTS  .
  2. Using a continuity tester or an ohmmeter, test for continuity between the switch terminals as shown in the appropriate MIRROR SWITCH CONTINUITY CHARTS  . If results shown in the chart are not obtained, replace the switch.
