Signal Ground

Circuit Z12, which supplies a ground for the PCM high current drivers, has the same termination point as circuit Z11. The termination point is the left side radiator closure panel.

If the system loses ground for the ganged circuits, at the left side radiator closure panel, the vehicle will not operate. Check the connection at the ganged ground circuit eyelet.
