If initial adjustment required to warm up engine, set each idle mixture screw 2 turns out (Buick), 1 1/2 turns out (1968 Chevrolet), 3 turns out (1969 Chevrolet), 1 1/2 turns out (Oldsmobile), 4 turns out (Pontiac) from a lightly seated position.
