Enter programming mode. See CUSTOMIZING CONTENT THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM . Press power door lock switch to UNLOCK position. Count number of chimes (mode number). Press power door lock switch to UNLOCK position until proper number of chimes is obtained. When vehicle is shipped from factory, Mode 3 is set as a default mode. Continue customizing or exit programming mode.
