Cylinder Mode Misfire Index

The scan tool displays a range of 0-65,535. This parameter display the amount of crankshaft decelerations. When an engine is operating without a misfire, the scan tool displays less than 1,000 counts. When an engine misfire occurs, the counter displays more than 1,000 counts.
