The scan tool displays Enabled or Disabled. The scan tool displays Disabled when the PCM determines that certain parameters prohibit the Fuel Trim diagnostic from running. The scan tool displays Enabled when the PCM determines that the Fuel Trim diagnostic is allowed to run.
