Hot Mode

Scan tool displays ON or OFF. ON indicates that the PCM has detected a condition appropriate for Transaxle Hot mode operation. The PCM determines this condition based on the transaxle fluid temperature. While in Hot mode, transaxle shift points may be altered, fourth gear is disabled, and the Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) is forced ON in second gear.
