Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. Using Garnish Clip Remover (J-38778), push in left instrument panel insulator retainers. Remove courtesy light from left instrument panel insulator. Pull left instrument panel insulator forward from stud at accelerator pedal and remove from vehicle.
Disconnect BCM electrical connectors. Push BCM up and move bottom of BCM away from and out of mounting bracket slot. See Fig 1 . To install, reverse removal procedure.
