Purging Fuel System

On 6.5L, open air bleed valve on top of fuel manager/filter. Connect hose to air bleed valve and place other end into a suitable container. Using scan tool, command lift pump on and observe until clear fuel comes out of hose connected to air bleed valve. Close air bleed valve and start engine and let idle. Look for leaks and clear any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC). On 6.6L, pump primer located on top of fuel filter 30 times or until stiff. Start engine and let idle. Check for leaks.
