Installation Procedure

  1. Install the jounce bumper. The 15 series utilities are snap fit.

    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the jounce bumper bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 32 N.m (24 lb ft).

  3. Remove the safety stands.
  4. Lower the vehicle.
