Installation Procedure

If the fender requires replacement, install the following components:
- The fender emblem. Refer to Emblem/Nameplate Replacement - Front Fender in Exterior Trim.
- The fender brace. Refer to Fender Extension Bracket Replacement - Front .

Position and align the front fender to the vehicle

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the upper front fender to structure attachments bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Install the antenna mast, if equipped. Refer to Fixed Antenna Mast Replacement in Entertainment.
Install the following:
- The upper rear fender bracket bolt.
- The lower front fender to structure attaching nuts.
- The front fender lower rear bolts.
  Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Install the side marker lamp assembly. Refer to Marker Lamp Replacement - Side in Lighting Systems.
Install the windshield frame applique. Refer to Applique Replacement - Windshield Frame in Exterior Trim.
Install the mirror applique. Refer to Applique Replacement - Windshield Frame in Exterior Trim.
Install the rocker panel molding. Refer to Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel in Exterior Trim.
Install the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Front .
