Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System
- Reposition the inlet hose clamp from the radiator.
- Remove the inlet hose from the radiator.
- Reposition the outlet hose clamp from the radiator.
- Remove the radiator outlet hose from the radiator.
- Remove the lower fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD REPLACEMENT - Lower .
- Reposition the radiator vent inlet hose clamp from the radiator.
- Remove the vent inlet hose from the radiator.
- Remove the engine oil cooler lines from the radiator. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (2WD) or Engine Oil Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (4WD) .
- Remove the transmission oil cooler lines from the radiator. Refer to TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER LINES .
- Remove the radiator bolts.
- Remove the radiator from the vehicle.
