Installation Procedure

- Install the SGCM cooling fan (3) to the SGCM radiator (2).
- Install the bolts (4) to the SGCM cooling fan (3).
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
- Install the SGCM radiator (5) to the radiator core support (4).
- Install the bolts (1) to the SGCM radiator (5).
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Connect the electrical connector to the SGCM cooling fan.
- Install the ambient air temperature sensor (2) to the SGCM radiator bracket (3).
- Install the SGCM radiator outlet hose (1) to the SGCM radiator (2). Refer to Coolant Pipe Quick Connect Fitting - Starter/Generator Control Module .
- Fill the SGCM cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System - Starter/Generator Control Module .

NOTE:
The procedure below must be followed. Improper coolant level could result in a low or high coolant level condition, causing starter/generator control module damage.
