Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 7 other vehicles, including the 2002 GMC Yukon XL, 2002 GMC Yukon, 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2002 Chevrolet Suburban, and 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Install the radio antenna module. Refer to Radio Antenna Module Replacement .
Install the control module to the roof.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .

Install the module retaining bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the retaining bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Connect the antenna cable to the module.
Connect the wire harness (2) to the rear quarter glass panel.
Install the rear of the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER REPLACEMENT .
