Front Seat Heater Control Module Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Position the seat to the full-up position.
2. Remove the bolts that secure the front seat frame to the floor. Rotate the seat forward to access the heater module.
3. Remove the rosebud retaining module from the seat frame.




4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the heater module.
5. Remove the heated seat control module.



Installation Procedure

1. Install the heated seat control module.




2. Connect the electrical connectors to the heater module.
3. Install the rosebud that attaches the module to the front seat frame.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

4. Install the bolts that secure the front bucket seat adjuster to the floor pan

Tighten the bolts to 42 N.m (31 lb ft).

5. Return the seat to the original position.
