Installation Procedure

  1. Install the memory seat module (4) to the seat cushion frame.
  2. Install new rivets (3) to the memory seat module (4).

  3. Connect the electrical connector to the memory seat module.

  4. Remove the protective cover from the seat riser.
  5. Install the seat cushion assembly (1) to the seat riser.
  6. Install the fasteners (2) to the seat cushion assembly (1).

  7. Adjust the front seat assembly up and forward in order to access the fasteners (1).
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  8. Install the fasteners (1) to the seat cushion assembly.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  9. Angle the front seat cushion up, in order to access the assembly fasteners.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  10. Enable the SIR. Refer to ACTIVATING SYSTEM .
