Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 8 other vehicles, including the 2003 GMC Yukon XL, 2003 GMC Yukon, 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2003 Chevrolet Suburban, and 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Install the blower motor control processor (2) to the HVAC module (1).
NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
Install the blower motor control processor retaining screws.
Tighten

Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).
Connect the electrical connector (4) to the blower motor control processor (2).

Connect the electrical connector at the blower motor.
If equipped, install the sound insulator panel. Refer to INSULATOR REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) in INSTRUMENT PANEL, GAGES, AND CONSOLE .
