System Operation

The Remote Keyless Entry system will execute the following functions in response to pressing the buttons on the transmitter. The transmitter should be held 10 m (30 ft) or less from the vehicle for consistent operation.
- Pressing the unlock button (2) once will unlock the driver's door, turn on the dome lamp, and flash the park lamps twice.
- Pressing the unlock button (2) a second time within 2.0 seconds will unlock all doors.
- Pressing the lock button (1) will lock all doors, turn off the dome lamp, and flash the park lamps once.
