Installation Procedure

  1. Install the front door module (1) to the door.
  2. Rivet (3) the front door module (1) to the door.
  3. Install the electrical harness to the front door module (1).
  4. Install the lock rods to the front door module.
  5. Install the inside handle to the door. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Inside .
  6. Install the front and rear run channel to the door. Refer to Window Run Channel Replacement .
  7. Install the inner window sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner .
  8. Install the outer window sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Outer Belt .
  9. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door .

  10. Install the front door speaker. Refer to SPEAKER REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR .
  11. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Door .
