Removal Procedure

Close the sunroof.
Remove the headliner panel. Refer to Headliner Replacement in Interior Trim.
Disconnect the drain hose connections from the sunroof housing.
With an assistant, remove the sunroof module bolts (2).
With an assistant, remove the sunroof module assembly (1), by pulling the module downward at the rear mounting points to disengage the white locating pins.
