Installation Procedure

  1. Install the torque rod to the endgate and hinge assembly.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the bolts retaining the torque rod to the endgate.

    Tighten:  Tighten the torque rod bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  3. Close the endgate.
