Installation Procedure

Install the TP sensor O-ring to the TP sensor.

Install the TP sensor.

Apply thread-locking compound LOCTITE® 262, GM P/N 12345493 (Canadian P/N 10953488) or equivalent to the TP sensor screws.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the TP sensor screws.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2.0 N.m (18 lb in).

Connect the TP sensor electrical connector.

Connect the fuel lines. Refer to Quick Connect Fitting(s) Service (Metal Collar) .
