Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Stop Lamp To Rear Fascia

Install the high-mounted stop lamp into position inside the rear fascia.
Loosely install the stop lamp mounting screws.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Align the stop lamp to the rear fascia, then press and hold the lamp to the fascia for flushness.
Tighten: Tighten the high-mounted stop lamp retaining screws to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

Connect the electrical connector to the stop lamp.
Install the inner tail lamp. Refer to Tail Lamp Replacement .
