Installation Procedure

IMPORTANT: The armrest (4) must be sitting flush against the trim panel (1), along the entire top contacting surface.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the 7 nuts (2) attaching the armrest (4) to the trim panel (1).
Tighten: Tighten the nuts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
Install the 5 retaining clips (3), to the armrest (4).
Install the energy absorber pad. Refer to Energy Absorber Pad Replacement .
