Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector (3).
  2. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube (4) from the air cleaner intake duct.
  3. Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) sensor electrical connector (5).
  4. Loosen the air cleaner intake duct hose clamp (2).
  5. Remove the air cleaner intake duct from the throttle body.

  7. Unclip the 2 air cleaner cover clips.
  8. Remove the air cleaner cover (5) with the air cleaner intake duct.
  9. Remove the air cleaner element (6) from the air cleaner assembly (1).
