Installation Procedure

IMPORTANT: Position the radiator support in the correct relationship to the fan shroud.

Install the radiator support.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the radiator support bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Connect the surge tank inlet hose assembly to the radiator support tabs.
Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 6.0L.
