Installation Procedure

  1. Position the rear run channel (1) in the front door.

  2. Lift up the rear channel to install the top clip.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the window rear channel bolt (2).

    Tighten:  Tighten the lower window channel bolt 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  4. Install the reveal molding.
  5. Install the front door window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door .
  6. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door .
  7. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (Pontiac)  or Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (Chevrolet) .
