Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedures Remove the air cleaner outlet resonator. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement . Disconnect the mass air flow(MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector.
1	Cleaner Assembly, Air Tip: Firmly tug on the air cleaner in order to disengage the air cleaner from the studs.

Preliminary Procedures

Remove the air cleaner outlet resonator. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
Disconnect the mass air flow(MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector.
