July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the antenna cable at the radio.
  2. Install the radio wire harness connector.

    IMPORTANT: Verify that the locator pin on the back of the radio is firmly seated in the I/P structure extension.
  3. Install the radio.
    4. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  4. Install the radio screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

  5. Install the HVAC control module. Refer to HVAC Control Module Replacement .
  6. Install the I/P center trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement .
  7. Program the radio after replacement. Refer to Control Module References .
