Removal Procedure

    IMPORTANT: Perform the radio set up procedure for new radios. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
  1. Remove the HVAC control assembly. Refer to HVAC Control Assembly Replacement in HVAC Systems - Manual.
  2. Remove the drivers information center switch bank. Refer to Driver Information Display Switch Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  3. Remove the radio screws.
  4. Pull the radio toward you.

  6. Disconnect the instrument panel (I/P) wiring harness connectors and the antenna cable connector from the radio.
  7. Remove the radio.
