Conditions for Running

The barometric pressure (BARO) is more than 75 kPa (22 in Hg).
The engine coolant temperature (ECT) is below 24°C (75°F).
The battery voltage is between 10.5-16 volts.
The fuel level is between 1/4 and 3/4.
