Removal Procedure

    IMPORTANT: Do not remove the accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor from the accelerator pedal assembly. The APP sensor and pedal assembly are serviced as one unit.
    IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to adjust the APP sensor. The APP sensor calibration is preset at the factory.

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the APP sensor (1).
  2. Remove the 2 fasteners (3) and the APP sensor and pedal assembly (1).
