Enter Programming Mode: Notes

Pressing the driver information center (DIC) personalization button activates the first level DIC menu items and a subsequent press activates the second level DIC menu items. When the DIC personalization menu is entered and no switch is pressed, the personalization display times out and the DIC displays the last vehicle information screen that was present before entering personalization. Perform the following steps in order to enter the programming mode:

  1. Press the DIC personalization button to access the first level personalization items and press the DIC personalization button again to access the second level menu items.
  2. Scroll through the personalization menu using the personalization button or the DIC info up/info down switch until the option is displayed
  3. Press the set/reset button in order to set the desired option.
