Setup For Component Replacement

The replacement of some components will require a setup procedure for complete repair.
NOTE:
If the throttle plate is cleaned, an Idle Learn Procedure must be performed.
- If any of the following components are replaced, an Idle Learn Procedure must be performed. Refer to THROTTLE/IDLE LEARN

- Throttle body assembly
- ECM
- If any of the following components are replaced, a CKP Variation Learn Procedure must be performed. Refer to CRANKSHAFT POSITION SYSTEM VARIATION LEARN

- CKP sensor
- Engine replacement
- Any engine repair that disturbs the relationship between CKP sensor and the crankshaft reluctor wheel.
- If any of the following components are replaced, a Clutch Pedal Position Sensor Learn Procedure must be performed. Refer to CLUTCH PEDAL POSITION SENSOR LEARN
