Installation Procedure

    IMPORTANT: The bushing must be lubricated with soapy water solution to ease the installation process.
    IMPORTANT: Before installing, the bushing must be properly aligned and orientated. The depth to which the bushing is going to travel must also be observed and maintained.
  1. Position the front caster arm bushing so that the cut out (2) aligns with the ball joint (1).

  3. Using the KM-619  (1) and CH-48510  (4), install the NEW front caster arm bushing (2) to the front caster arm (3). See Special Tools .
  4. Install the front caster arm. Refer to Front Lower Control Front Arm Replacement .
  5. Install the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  6. Remove the safety stands.
  7. Lower the vehicle to the ground.
