Installation Procedure

Install a NEW MAP sensor seal to the MAP sensor, if necessary.
Install the MAP sensor (2) to the upper intake manifold.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the MAP sensor bolt (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (4) to the MAP sensor (7).
Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
