Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition ON, press OnStar® Call button. Verify that your voice can be heard by the OnStar® Call Center.
- If your voice cannot be heard, refer to OnStar Microphone Inoperative - Caller Cannot Be Heard .
- Press the OnStar® Call answer button. Verify that OnStar® system recognizes voice commands.
- If the system is operational, but cannot identify certain word commands due to pronunciation, refer to OnStar Description and Operation for tips on proper pronunciation.
